Hi everyone!! Lovely to see all the old names again, I hope you are all doing great. Greg the kids and I made a trip back to Scotland there in May, my oldest son Chris got married in June, he got married right next to Loch Lomond, at the Duck Bay marina, he had a traditional hand fasting ceremony, we all had a great day, we stayed 4 weeks but it went in so fast, it was great seeing family and friends... Oh look whom the wind blew in - is that really you, Dee? Great to see you again! It sounds like you had a wonderful time back in Scotland, and a no less wonderful wedding of your son. I hope to see you around often and to talk to you soon!

I was having a look around earlier and I came across your recipes, they made me hungry!! they sound so good, I'm going to try out a few of the recipes, I love cooking. My youngest son is dating a local girl here, and she is from a German family. How is everyone.

Dreamy she is a sweetheart, kind hearted, good natured, and always smiles and laughs, and she makes Steven happy, luckily she is starting the same College as Steven attends.

Life wasn't so great health wise the past couple of years, but at the moment I'm feeling pretty good and positive for the future. How are you and hubby doing, I seen the photographs you published you both look fantastic.

Hey dee, yeah I know you told me about that in one of your emails. Even better that you feel better and enjoying life. Thank you, we're both doing good here, spend my holiday in Holland whilst Hamish was on Crete with his son. They needed some time on their own to catch up on things and such you know. Otherwise working and living away as usual, I can't complain.

I find it very difficult to be a step-parent..

I know what you mean...thats why I always tried and wanted to be more than a friend to him as a step-parent. It worked out, I never really wanted to act as a step-mother.
