Hi all,
Thanks for the warm welcome, I'm glad to be with you indeed.
Just thought I should give some more info about me. To start with my name Gabriele, nobody of course ever calls me so. In German it's Gabi. Well, if you pronounce that, it's Gaby (ouch!) and if I pronounce it, it's Garby (ouch again!). I do not really like to rumble about here as an untidy fool...
So the witch, and Mike's right, Celtic Witch. My ancestors had for religious reasons been driven out of their ancient homelands in the areas of Hallstatt and La Tène Culture as far as Russia and former East Prussia. However, in mind and heritage I'm a Celt, just can't help it to be that lucky in spite of living in Hannover.
Being born the day before Beltaine, which is the witches night of Walpurgis in Germany, having (still) reddish hair and simply adoring cats, I can boast of all outer witch-signs - so I'm a Celtic witch. My very best spells on all of you.
My hobbies range from needlework over singing, reading, writing to history (as you might have guessed).
Well now, how do I go on in here? Just logging into the categories and typing and commenting away?
