Hi all this might seem like a silly thread but it is a question that Mike ( Mcnass ) asked me yesterday. Mike asked me if I knew of any websites which might help him to locate Petrol Filling Stations in the North Of Scotland. As this was the first time I had been asked this type of question I decided to accept the challenge and do my best to find any that would be helpfull. The resluts were as follows www.whatprice.co.uk/car/petrol-stations.phpwww.whatprice.co.uk/car/petrol-stations.phpwww.yell.com/quickclicks/SP/P/Petrol+Filling+Stations/Scotland/These were the websites I thought would be helpfull for Mike or anyone traveling in Scotland by car. Perhaps when Mike returns from his holiday he can advise us if these websites were of any help finding Petrol Filling Stations. Neil

Well unfortunately, goofy me cannot read or understand your money/metric system, but I have always been told it is much higher than ours in the US. Right now we are about #3.00 a gallon...absurd! I just wish we would stop dependiing on oil in the middle east! We have other avernues but have yet to use them.

Thanks Elly, that looks fine since there is a link to the website of this petrol station. There is a picture, too and as far as I remember it really looks like a petrol station ;D

Hubby and I just about fell over when we seen the price of gas in Scotland, needless to say he hasn't complained about the prices over here since we came back, my dad drives a Toyota Yaris, at the time of our holiday we had a Tahoe, we could never afford to drive that in Scotland, you would need to be a millionaire

Since we bought the Trail blazer, we noticed a huge difference, I loved the Tahoe but not what it cost to run it.
