Yes, I would agree that warm is a good adjective. #happy#
That was a beautiful day, wasn't it? I don't think we could have had any better weather.

Must have been a wonderful day, looks like the little girl is all grown up now, it's a wonderful photo of her, I had thought it was some sort of re-enactment but not who the girl actually was #shock#

Elly, I had either missed or forgotten the image of the plaque that was made in support of David Ross' efforts, that you used in your intial post. Here is an image of Ross and the plaque, taken in the Tartan Arms, after the 2005 Bannockburn Commemoration - I note that both of our names are on that plaque, too. ;D another great photo Mike, he's an amazing man right enough. thank you for posting it.

Here is an image that was taken 23 August 2005, at Westminster Hall. The plaque on the floor signifies the place where William Wallace stood during his 'trial'.

I had mentioned to Elly that this world can seem pretty small at times, but Neil and I have also discovered how small it really is. I shared this image, taken at Lanark during the Wallace Homecoming, with Neil via the back channel - (Before we go further, yes, I am aware that the flag was turned back-side to the camera) If you look over my right shoulder, you will see the roof of a red car with black roof bars on it. That would be Neil's car! Apparently Neil was only about 6 feet away from where we were standing when the photo was taken. (Elly, the young lady holding the flag with me is Black Devon. The bearded fellow, in the gray jumper, looking around the right side of the flag is Maitland and the the fellow in the black and gray jumper is Maes. That might let you put some faces with some names)

Wow, that's amazing! This world IS small indeed! Isn't it just great that no matter where each of us is coming from we share the same interest, love and patriotic feelings for this country, its history, its heroes and its present situation.
Again I can only say "Thank you" for some really awesome pics that you both are sharing with us.
