Hi Mike, did you write that book or is the author's name just a coincidence? #confused#

no, I am getting back into the novels, just finished 'Harlot Queen' have read it before about Isobel, who was Longshanks, daughter-in-law, very good and interesting, its a pretty old book, I picked it up at a jumble sale #happy# The author is Hilda Lewis, been trying to find some more of her books.

I have finished "Ancestors of Avalon" by Diana L. Paxson and Marion Zimmer Bradley. An excellent book; a must for all fans of Marion Zimmer Bradley - I left a summary in the "what books have you bought/borrowed lately" thread. #read#

Sorry I missed your question, Elly! The Avalon trilogy is
The Forest House The Lady of Avalon The Mists of Avalon
I'm sure you will love the book, it's the story of Caillean, Dierna and Viviane, the wise women and High Priestesses.

Now you still need to read "The Forest House"; this is how it all began. Although you read the trilogy "backwards" now I'm sure you won't enjoy it less. There is another trilogy on the Arthurian "Legend"; I posted that in the book reviews on "The Winter King"; another trilogy you will certainly love, Elly!
