Hi Roper As promised i would tell you about my opinion of the Da Vinci code from Dan Brown . Well i loved it , his detailed descriptions of places and paintings etc made the book very enjoyable . Many times i hurried to the pc just to click on Google and see how a Church or painting really looked like . Not only this he wrote a fictional novel based on many theories which have been around for a long time . He left the reader to judge for themselves , is it fact or fiction ? . Me personally the book did not offend , i enjoyed the read . I am loking forward to reading more from him .

Aye Elly, I'm really enjoying his books; have seen most of them as movies but I love the books!

I got the new Gabaldon book today, "A Breathe of Snow and Ashes"!!!! As I had hoped I got another gift certificate for my favourite bookstore for my birthday and so I ran into town this afternoon and got it. Unfortunately I had a very busy day so the book is still unpacked BUT I will start on it tonight. Mind you I will have a sleepless night tonight? .. WOOHOO!!!!
