I like to listen to Clann An Drumma. Yes Joe Kilna Mackenzie has been busy over the past few years. And once again has a strong line up of Band members. They just not play music they are also been in many famous films and have just finished filming at the moment. Then they have another film to do in the next few monthes. Sadly due to the film work they are not touring in America this year. But instead are touring around Scotland. This year they had the honour to play at Scone Palace in Perthshire in front of Lord Elgin at the raising of the Royal Standard. This event was well attended. I myself had the privalage to be present taking photos of the Band Playing. The Band also had the honour to bring on over 100 Pipe Bands at the Scottish pipe Band Championships in Dumbarton just a few week ago. It was heavy rain that day but did not stop the crowd from staying untill the end to hear Clann An Drumma playing again. Once again I had the honour of being involved with filming the band play. They are playing at a lot of venues in between filming and recording this year. And the lastest Album should be out very soon. Check out www.clannandrumma.com for more information on this Band.

I have been and checked things out on the website and all is fine at my end. I have noticed though the music demo is in MP3 format so this might be a problem but do not think so. So very sorry unable to help you out on this one at the present moment.

oh, Elly, You will have to honestly have to tell us what you think. It is very tribal (pictish) music.

Clann An Drumma had three viewing on Scottish Television yesterday. Ok the camera`s did not show the full tracks the band were playing. But it was still great to see them on TV. They have been backing the Jason Scotland Song yes Jason Scotland from Trinidad and Tobago. The band next play at Stirling on Sunday and we hope to be present to watch them play.
