To me it's still so hard to believe and to realise that we won't be able to see him performing again. Never again. On the website I read that he had been ill for quite a long time. I hope he found his peace and my heart is going out to his family and friends. It's great he will be honoured by the title of the new CD but it will be hard to read it. He will always be remembered.

Well Clann An Drumma are certainly back on the road after the sad loss of Joe Kilna MacKenzie. They are getting enquiry after enquiry about bookings etc. To the point they are going to busy in 2010 and 2011 with bookings. They are justabout to set of on tour of Ireland playing in both Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland for approx 7 days. Plus they have been personely invited to Play at the Edinburgh Gathering for the Robert The Bruce Socity by Lord Elgin. This is on the Sunday 26th July They are also playing Callender Highland games on the 25th July 2009 Then they are returning to Callender the following week for the NABC Rally www.nabd.org.uk/rally/trossachs2009.htm So if you are in the area why not drop in and have a look at the modified Motor Bikes for the Disabled and also catch up with Clann An Drumma playing.
